CENTURY TEA

Dry, Aging Tea. 

From ancient Tea Tree over 100 years to 150 years old on Highland/ Mountain at an altitude 6500ft of Northern of Vietnam. Nature's blessings have created conditions for the development of tea trees, the ancient Shan Tuyet tea variety that is hundreds of years old. This is a precious tea variety that grows naturally, has white buds, yellow petals, large leaves, is nurtured naturally, and has a strangely fragrant, sweet, and fresh taste. Hand-picked, crafting by the H’Mong people.

Instruction:

For 10gram Tea

Use Filtered Water or bottle water, no minerals, no tap water.

Brewing in time:

From 30s to 3 minutes at 180F;

From 2h-6h for cold water at 32F, near frozen water for cold brew

Volume:

8oz hot water x 2 times (max 4 times) or

24oz = 700ml filter water 1 time brew
The longer brewing the more tannins come out.

(It is normal tea become cloudy at cold, low temperature if concentrate.)

Do not drink any kind of Tea if Tea Drinks were exposed to air overnight or color change to dark brown color compare to new brewing color of its own. It's nontoxic but there is no benefit and no aroma left in old tea drink.

Tannins have antioxidant properties, which have been found to lower total cholesterol, lower blood pressure and stimulate the immune system. They also have antibacterial properties that, among other things, fight tooth decay. However, Tea tannins may cause nausea, especially if consumed on an empty stomach. They may also hinder your body's ability to absorb iron from certain foods.
