Our Craft, Our People:

Our production facility is staffed by skilled artisans who bring decades of experience to every step of the process, from selection of the raw leaf to the final roll. We source premium tobacco from renowned South American regions, including Nicaragua, Ecuador, Brazil, and Sumatra... ensuring a rich, nuanced flavor profile in each cigar. We take pride in controlled, small-batch production that preserves the integrity of our blends and preserves traditional hand-rolling techniques.

Aging and Leaf Stewardship:

All tobacco leaves are aged under meticulously controlled conditions to unlock optimal aroma, sweetness, and combustion. Our aging rooms are climate-controlled to preserve leaf integrity, with precise temperature and humidity management to prevent mold, fermentation irregularities. Leaves are rotated and tested at regular intervals by our master rollers to ensure consistency across batches. Humidity, Storage, and Shipping Throughout the supply chain—from leaf intake and conditioning to final aging—we maintain strict humidity control to preserve freshness and burn quality. We store cigars in humidity-controlled environments using purpose-built humidity rooms and calibrated hygrometers to maintain the ideal range for aging and resting cigars. We use Commercial Grade Humidifiers for consistency during aging, rest, and ship with humidity bags. These bags help ensure cigars arrive with the intended aroma, draw, and burn characteristics. Our packaging and dispatch processes include humidity monitoring and, when necessary, resealing with humidity packs to maintain quality during transit.
